So, given that the longest-lasting comment on this blog is the one that leaves me looking like an arse (typically), I’d like to point out the following:

1. I only, and would only make, that gag, because LBTB is the most ludicrously fit person I know, and it was genuinely intended as a “you’re-really-fit” gag, rather than any excess-weight-based humour.
2. I appreciate that that was just a dumbarse area to play in regardless of the intention. You’d think that at my age I’d know better, but I keep trying to test that theory to destruction.
3. I was served up an ENORMOUS plate full of kickass as a result.

I’d like to think I’ve kind of made up for it since, though. Consider me trained, I suppose.

Oh..and…

4. She’s wonderful. Just wonderful.

My husband used to make comments when we were dating about my smoking and that I should exercise (I am definately on the plump side, whereas he is more fit and into fitness). I basically told him that I was plump and I smoked, and if he didn’t like those facts, he knew where the door was, cause I was not changing for him.
